Kotchko Director
Scott
Kotchko is a Director at Whitman Insight Strategies and the newest
member of the WINS team. He brings with him experience developing and
managing research programs on behalf of various Fortune 500
corporations, and industry and trade associations. Mr. Kotchko has
advised on and managed projects that involve corporate image/reputation
research, brand positioning, advertising development, messaging
strategy, and jury/litigation research.
Prior
to joining Whitman Insight Strategies (WINS), Mr. Kotchko was a
Research Analyst at Lombardo Consulting Group, where in addition to his
analytical capacity, he managed the setup, design, and execution of
various qualitative and quantitative research projects, and played a
vital role in new business development and acquisition. At LCG, Mr.
Kotchko was also a primary contributor to the Election Monitor, an
electronic newsletter of political analysis that has been featured in
the National Journal, Cook Political Report, and Washington Post, as
well as Associated Press and other wire services.
Mr.
Kotchko holds a master's degree in Government with a concentration in
Political Communication from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore,
MD. He holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations, also
from The Johns Hopkins University.
