David Kusnetz Analyst

David Kusnetz is an Analyst at Whitman Insight Strategies. Since joining the firm, Mr. Kusnetz has provided strategic consulting on a variety of communications campaigns for corporate and political clients. Mr. Kusnetz leverages his background in political science and work for state and federal elected officials to bring the strengths of political strategy to consumer marketing.

Prior to joining Whitman Insight Strategies, Mr. Kusnetz researched energy policy at the American Public Power Association. Mr. Kusnetz's experience in government comes from internships at the U.S. Supreme Court and in the offices of U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer and N.Y. State Senator Jeffery Klein. Additionally, Mr. Kusnetz has worked on several political campaigns, including a New York State Attorney General race and two Presidential campaigns.

Mr. Kusnetz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University and received honors in Political Science for his thesis on the future of climate change legislation. Additionally, Mr. Kusnetz served as President of the Colgate student body and competed internationally as a member of the Colgate Debate Society.
