American Red Cross
emergency preparedness study
The challenge: The American Red Cross in Greater New York (ARC/GNY) needed to determine how prepared New York City residents and businesses were for emergencies.
The solution: WINS conducted a quantitative study to identify what steps NYC households and businesses had taken and thought they should take to prepare for emergencies.
The result: These findings enabled WINS to design an actionable strategy to position ARC/GNY as the premier organization preparing NYC for emergencies. The ARC/GNY released these findings to heighten its brand awareness and created a media kit highlighting ARC/GNY’s emergency preparedness solutions.
