POSITIONING AN OUTSIDER IN AN INSIDER RACE
The challenge: Positioning an outsider in the 2004 Georgian presidential election.
The solution: WINS surveyed voters to gauge their support for reform and understand their perceptions of a number of issues in Georgia, including democratic institutions, market economy, and rule of law. WINS determined that Georgian voters would support an outside candidate whom they believed could create lasting reform.
The result: WINS engineered a campaign that reached voters through creative earned and paid media, and brought significant publicity to our candidate.
